What do you think caused Anna Nicole Smith to die at the tragically young age of 39? Was it excessive drug use? Was it excessive diet pill use? Was it complications from having too much plastic surgery? Or was it something else?

with all that she's been going thru since the birth of her daughter and son dying and who the baby's real dad is was so stressful for her and if you watched any of her interviews on tv you could tell she was on some type of antidepressant, she wasn't all there in the interviews. She didn't have time to grieve or to be out of the spotlight to grieve her son's death. I'm sure it was a drug interaction or overdose.

She was poisoned by the family of her late husband J. Howard Marshall because they were still mad she won the case for the heritage money (like 400 $) million and they wanted revenge for that... but maybe this is just some conspiracy...

Just recently on MSNBC it had mentioned that her personal nurse found her under her covers at that hotel. The nurse had discovered that Anna Nicole Smith had choked on her own vomit. They had also mentioned that she had taken multiple Children's sedatives.

Just like the local coroner, I am not a prophet, and therefore can't predict what killed her. Whatever the physical mechanism was that caused her death - you can argue that at the end of the day it was her lifestyle that killed her.
