Please don't say the obvious (car, house etc) but items you purchase a lot, like gas, coffee and liquor. Those are 3, can you add something that is expensive where you live and the price?

I just happened to notice in the produce dept. at the grocery store that celery is $2.50/stalk.

i live in ny state...everything is expensive here..locally though gas is still 2.34/gallon
