i always get SUPER nervous when im talking to the guy i like i get sweaty and cold at the same time i feel horrible like if i was about to faint! please help

Same problem here.
Heres how i overcame it

- Pretend for a second (when ur talking to him) that you don't like him.
-Practice being confident elsewhere, then when you are confident enough (yet not bitchy) stand up to him and talk to him like a regular friend.
- Then he'll be able to notice how kool you really are. hehe



Ok heres what u do...

You just talk about whatever is on your mind, as long as it is not vulgar, too much about you, and doesn't make you look ditzy. Talk about family, friends, what you did that day. Next thing you know he'll be relating to what your saying and an hour would have gone by...if he's cool.
You might be shy but confidence is the key. Be yourself act like you do around your friends. Dont wait for him to approach you.

Those are normal symptoms for someone who is experiencing high levels of anxiety. This is not an easy task, you should try to control the anxiety. On a high level basis you can 1) Excercise 2) Learn how to relax using breathing techniques 3) Take pills, Xanax is great!

Before you go up to him, pick topics you can talk about and write them down, DONT pull them out when u are talking to him, but sometimes it sticks in your mind better when you do. Than pick the best three and take a few deep breaths, go up to a friend and give them a hug, it always makes me feel better, then go up to him. The more relax you are, the more the conversation will flow. And tell at least one of your friends, but no more than three, that you like him, and have them support you. Knowing that your friends are behind you helps alot!!!

there really is no point in getting nervous. Just take a deep breath and drink some water but be carefull not to spill on yourself though. If you stay calm and don't get to jittery then you'll be fine.

Just relax, dear. take a deep breathe and count to ten. We all get nervous sometimes. Once you break the ice, and start talking, you'll be ok.

when u see ur guy walking closer to u, stop n breathe deeply. just relax. its not like hes going to hurt u or anything. if it helps any, get ur friends to come with u, dont take 5 or 6 friends, coz ull freak him out, but just take ur best mate.

You shouldnt feel like that..its usually the guy who feels like that...if you just think that he feels the same way maybe you won't be so nervous...:D

I bet he feels the same way.....Give it some time...you will get used to being around him. Most guys get that way around girls they like...its human nature.
