That all depends on a few things. How the baby is positioned, the quality of the ultrasound machine, and the experience of the technician. While some can accurately be seen at 14 weeks, 18-20 weeks is about the earliest most doctors will try to see.
As for movement, it just depends. You should feel baby no later than 20 weeks. I was 16 weeks as a first time mother when I felt my daughter move. Its not so much being *able* to feel movement, but recognizing it.

At your 20 weeks ultrasound you may be able to determine the babies sex, IF the baby wants to show you! You usually start feeling the baby move between 16-20 weeks. Congrats and Good Luck!

Depending on how the baby is lying while in utero. But normally around the 20th week you should be able to tell if it's male or female.
None of my sonograms were conclusive and I had to wait til the actual birth date to find out.
I distinctly remember feeling my baby move at about 16 or 17 weeks.

You should be able to find out witin the next couple weeks. I found out when I was 18 weeks. And I know a lot of people that found out anywhere between 17-20 weeks.

usually b/w 18-24 or 26 the baby is developed enough to check all the organs but not to crowded yet
