has anyone taken pregnenolone?

i am planning on taking pregnenolone pills of 50mg...has anyone tried taking these pills? if so what type of affect did it have on u?

Yes,I have recently started taking this at 10 mg. per day; I am in perimenopause(precursor to actual menopause) it helps to balance hormones in the body and protect from aging. It helps against over production of Cortisol which is produced when the body is under stress which can cause abdominal fat.
