YES!!!
He was the heart and soul of that franchise for a decade, in victory or defeat, good times or bad. End of story.
He had his demons but he never brought less than his best on the ice and his numbers speak for themselves.

No, I do not think he was dominant long enough. What they should do to remember him is retire his jersey, but not his number. This approach is kind of a novel idea, but I think this makes sense. I am not much of a Calgary fan, so I do not know how much he means to Flames fans, but as an outside observer, I feel retiring his jersey would be appropriate. I think this would be a great way to honor a player that may be a fan favorite or very good, but not Hall of Fame quality.

No, because if the only reason i could think of retiring Theo's jersey, would be if Theo made the hall of fame first

No, the man's got too many demons he needs to conquer first, and he did not play for the Flames long enough like Mike Vernon or Lanny McDonald.

No way, he showed how much of a pompous LITTLE swine he is when he played in the UK. He can't take heckling from the diehard fans and tried to attack them.
