What is a person called if they tell you not to do something, but they do it themselves? I forgot.?

There are several words for it. Mostly it depends on what they do and why they tell you not to do it. More often than not, there is an actual good reason (this eliminates the word "hypocrite")....but that depends on what and why, like I said.
