1-5-3-6-2-4. My shop teacher would always say "15 too young 36 too old 24 just right! That's how he taught us to remember the firing order on a chevy V6. If it's a V8 the order is 18436572.Clockwise.

1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 It's the same on nearly all Chevy V-8's produced since 1955 (with a few exceptions).

1--6-5-4-3-2 (think you meant 4.3 V6)
