The pancreas produces pancreatic juices that contain carbohydrases, proteases and lipases that digest carbohydrates, proteins and fats respectively. It secretes them into the pancreatic duct and they are released into the duodenum, the first part of the small intestine. Starch is digested in the mouth by an enzyme called amylase. The small intestine itself produces some of the same enzymes that the pancreas does from the lining.

it is pancreas lying in the loop of duodenum. It produces most potent digestive juice called pancreatic juice which is poured into the duodenum by pancreatic duct. Duodenum is the first part of small intestine. The juice contains proteases like trypsin, chemotrypsin etc., amylase, lipase and nucleases.
Further, intestine has its own glands which secrete intestinal juice or Succus entericus, which also contains important proteases, carbohydrases and lipases to complete the digestion of food componants.
