Can someone make me a layout for free?

Or show me a site to order from, for free.

I want the design to be along the lines of these layouts:

So it will be a white DS Lite styled layout. I want the DPad buttons to be the scrolling buttons (click on up and the screen scrolls up for ex.) And the start, select, a, b, y, x, buttons to be clickable links. I want the two screens to be the part of the page where the words are (cant explain it, dont know what its called) usually the main part of the page. If the bottom part can not be a continuation of the top part, then put something like this circular motion on the bottom or top: http://bouncy-bubbles.net/layouts/colourized/

PS - I wouldn't recommend a full Flash layout (for SEO and general usability reasons, but some Flash content may look okay for this.

Chances are your gonna have to pay for it.

I start at $100 if i have to do custom graphic designs along with the layout.

How can you expect a designer to do this for free? Would you do the work you do for free on the side? I'm thinking no. My rate is $100 per hour.

I could help you design one page for free, but I would only do this if you have all the images you want on the page. Maybe you could then use that as a template to create your other pages.
