I'm a fruit lover. Today, I usually have about 3 organic apples a day. I had 5 today...

Do you think I should cut down on how many apples I eat, because I also eat plenty or other fruits/vegetables. I don't know if it's bad for my body if I eat too much. I just replace junk food with fruits.

no way, apples are very good for you keep on eating them!!! they can relieve stress and do many other things you can do some research on apples and nutrition. Well, you're probably in good shape. keep on chowing down

I always heard a saying growing up: "Moderation is key".
If you have too much of anything, you could potentially get sick. I don't think I would go as far as to say that too much fruit is BAD for you--you just may get a stomach ache (or the runs) from having so much fiber and natural sugars.

They must be very good apples! All that fiber should prevent you from going too far wrong. If you were juicing however, the concentration might give you a very sore tummy. Your natural instincts should eventually lead you away from so many apples.

Nature has boom-bust cycles with fruit. You should see black bears gorge themselves on blueberries.

Aples taste great and are good for you, but at 5 per day - you sound like you have sugar addiction. Eating just carbs alone only fuels your craving for more sugar. Try adding a cup of plain yougurt or a piece of mozarella to your apple and see how it goes.

It shouldn't be, fruits are good for your body, and they replenish fluids back into your system that you need. Too much might give you a stomachache.
