how can i change the font size to print it bigger.

Without seeing the document, it's tough to answer. PDFs cannot be changed. Scrolling to see the text bigger will not make it print bigger.

Is it a lot of info it's trying to print on a small page or is the print not using the entire 8x11 sheet?

My suggestion is that you get into the print properites and see if you can change things such as orientation, fit to page, etc. Adobe has some print options as well...check them out.

Sorry, I don't have any PDFs on this computer to be able to take a look.

click save as and change thre type of document to word (.doc) then change the font that way

You can try the zoom.... in adobe..... as far as printing - try looking at your printer options.
