I'm looking for a good anime to watch. I've seen and liked Bleach, Death Note, Busou Renkin, Full Metal Alchemist, and Full Metal Panic.

BERSERK
By far the best anime I have ever seen is one called Berserk, (and trust me, I have seen a LOT of anime.) This is not an anime for the faint of heart. It is very violent. So violent, that it will never be shown in the United States on television. It is about a man who has tons of internal struggles, and is even a little insane. The story takes place in medieval times. The first few episodes are flashbacks, then the rest of the story goes on from there. There have only been 25 episode made in all, but the manga is still being released by Dark Horse Comics. You will not be disappointed. The main character, Guts, will stop at nothing to get past whatever stands in his way, including demi gods and demons. And a little note that his sword, the dragonslayer is about 8 feet long.
Watch the first episode and you won't be disappointed...and you get to see him cut a guy in half. I get goosebumps just thinking about it.
The manga is better, and I recommend reading them if you like the anime. Something they don't show in the first episode is guts takes an arrow out of a table, stabs a guy through the nose, pinning him to the table, and interrogates him. Ten times as brutal as the anime.
...At least it is true...that man has no control even over his own will.

There's lots to choose from!
Trigun and Rurouni Kenshin are very popular for a good reason. Gundam Wing is a classic. Wolf's Rain is beautiful but highly symbolic. Chrno Crusade's pretty good. If you can handle some dark subject matter, Peacemaker Kurogane is awesome. I hear Samurai Champloo is good, but I haven't seen it myself.
Some lesser known titles are Black Cat, Slayers, and Soul Hunter. There's also .Hack//sign, which has less action, but has, hands-down THE best music in an anime I've ever heard.
While there's tons more out there, I hope this helps out a little. :)

Well the only anime I know are Neon Genesis Evangelion, Inuyasha, Gundam Wing, Escaflowne, Ranma, Please Teacher, Lain, Rouroni Kenshin, Trigun, Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Full Metal Alchemist, Tsubasa, Naruto, Chobits, and Tenchi Muyo. I think all of those were good. Why don't you try some of them. You might liked them too. Hope I helped.

RURONI KENSHIN!!! awesomeest thing ever!!!! its about a samorai a long time ago by the name of battousai the manslayer, and he is now a pacifist. He has a reverse blade sword and he gets into fights, meets cool people on the way, and sometimes he stops caring about the oath to not kill...

ok so there are a few knights if the zodiac who fight for the reincarnation of Athena, and they fight the gold knights who protect Athena but think the reincarnation is a fraud. Its a lot of fighting, and after thats all done they have to fight Posidons knights and the world is being flooded and has hurricanes all over with nonstop rain. They fight all the knights and its uber cool.
Take your pick on which is the coolest, their both awesome...

Let's see we have GetBackers which has an easy laid back storyline and dialogue and nice to get into. IF you want something more gory well try Hellsing or Berserk. Something complex, Ergo Proxy, Noein or Spiral. Something comedic, Elemental Gelade,Cowboy Bebop or Trigun. Also something samurai like, Samurai Champloo, Samurai 7, Samurai X, those are great. Just a few to start off.

Hmm perhaps ya can try naruto (but it's got like 200+episodes now and it's currently fillers. the front is good though~), flame of recca or fate stay night (i love the character outfits).
my latest fave is Nana. got character to it and it's pretty touching.
other animes: chobits(about AI), loveless (boy-boy content), Gundam, cowboy bebop, Tenjou tenge (fighting babes), Hellsing, Sakura cardcaptor, ichigo 100% (but i tink this is more of a guys anime), fushigi yuugi (romance type)...
that's all i can think of for now.

There are so many good animes out there. Such as Hikaru no Go, Mars, Trinity Blood, Inuyasha, Full moon wo sagashite, and Gatekeepers.
