I have heard of emerald crab and sailfin tang help eat bubble algae in saltwater tank, I'd like to know what else help with that problem, beside sucking it out of the tank w/o breaking the bubbles. I also heard peppermint shrimp, turbo snails, and horshoe crabs, are these true? I have doubt...

That is a tough problem. I have never had to deal wth it, but a friend had reasonable success with emerald crabs and naso tangs. I have also heard that urchins do a pretty good job. Sea urchins that is ... the other kind will just steal the good silverware lol
