I have to say that Michaels has lots more experience and ability has well has charisma. I have to give mic skills to Orton though. It seems like he can play face or heel expertly. In the end, Michaels.
I still think the way you discredit Orton's ability or work is wrong. Orton is plenty talented and has alot of experience. They wouldn't have made him a champion at such an early age if they didn't know that. I say HBK is better by a bit but Orton is great in my mind has well.

HBK is much better and more talented then RKO but HBK has done his business in the wwe.He has won the royal rumble twice and he has headlined wrestlemania so it is someone else turn to be the next superstar
