a chiseled jaw line,
square chin,
dimples,
smooth, full lips (which r sometimes pouty)
super-clear skin

The traits of a models face probably are all dependent upon what it is they are modeling for. lots of stubble might be the new in thing.

Defined chin

Sharp nose

Skin must be acne-free...
