Read the book. The book has way more detail and events that may have been left out of the movie due to lack of time. Not too many people will sit for a 3 hr movie.

I do both. I usually read the book first, then watch the movie because the book tends to be better then the movie half of the time.

Depends. I actually saw a movie and then read the book, because I thought the ending was too open, I wanted to know what really happened to the characters.
Now, If I haven't read the book, I'll probably see the movie...I love to read, I just don't have the time to do it!

I would rather read the book first and then watch the movie. If I see the movie first, it tends to spoil the book for me and I find myself not being able to actually finish reading the book.

Read a book then watch the movie version of it and complain about how too many parts of the book aren't on it. Or watch a movie then go to the bookstore and find the book version of it (and there probably is).

Read a book, they change so much in the movies, they leave out the good details, in movies. The book is always better.
