i have this job for more than a year already. i used to be contented with this job before...but now, i'm no longer happy with it. not happy in the sense of what i am doing. everything is so monotonous, so common. but i love the people around me. one part of me wants to go other part wants to stay. it's hard to loose job nowadays i know.maybe that's another reason why i preferred to stay than leave.
another side is, my employer can't give me the benefits i should be getting. he keeps on telling me he'll pay this day, this day, this day.promises that are made to be broken. im sick and tired of all his promises.as much as i want to leave, i have a big influence with my officemates.i know they might loose their job when i leave the company.i am really torn between leaving or staying...also my boss owes me a lot of money...what should i do?

Report your boss to the Bureau of Labor and Industry or whatever the equivilent is in your state. It is illegal for him to withold your pay and he must pay you what he owes you and then some. Depending on the State you live in, he may have to pay you time and a half for all the days he has not payed you for yet, or he may have to pay more. You definately need to deal with this. Your boss sounds shady. Next thing you know he will be groping you.

okay keep in mind im only 15, and i dont know much about this kinda stuff. but, i think you should talk to your boss syaing you need the money and if not youll be forced ot take matters into your own hands (maybe hire a lawyer? idk) maybe if it becomes a legal affair then your co-workers owuldnt be bale to be fired? maybe?

Unless you get a job that you like better and you're in a better situtation, stay.
