The celtics have far to many young players and a team of twenty year olds isnt gonna get u a championship anytime soon. having a third guy that has a good amount of experience would help greatley(wally, pierce, williams)
So i think the celtics should propose that trade because then also guys like west and rondo have someone to look to for leadership in the pg position. jason williams is experienced so he will be good with teaching those guys some moves and what other people like to do. He'd also teach them what works against other teams and players and what doesnt.

Well thats my opinion for helping out the celtics.

That is good insight but why would the heat accept telfair? He so far hasn't established himself. also, there is west and rondo to get. why would they take the 3rd point guard instead of the first or second. Further more the salaries don't add up. And you forget the celtics are in somewhat of a rebuilding process. they look to get their players developed in about a year or two. there really isnt a reason to trade a Point guard for a point guard. finally Williams has always had injury troubles and the celtics dont need any more injuries. (peirce, wally, tony allen, theo ratliff)

I agree with the two people above me. Jason Williams isn't all that great and the same with Telfair.

Funny thing about Boston is for all the flack that Isiah Thomas is getting in New York, his team actually looks better than the Celtics.

This grow to be a stunning good commerce for both communities. The Wolves were given an generic starting up SG with a huge expiring settlement and freeing up 2 roster spots. Q-wealthy will be ready to carry down both spot till Wayne Ellington is tender starting up for the Wolves later on contained in the season. Then, he will be ready to be traded for a good piece for MN or have his tremendous settlement run out on the proper of the season. As for the LAC, they were given a fabulous youthful backup PG who has been improving each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days contained in the perfect couple years. he will be ready to are available in and gives you Baron Davis something else he is going to decide on. Craig Smith is an excellent scoring punch off the bench. he's slightly undersized for the 4 spot, yet is able to score in bunches. Mark Madsen is the most expensive cheerleader round. He brings an extremely good ideas-set to the locker room and the bench (the position he sits all sport lengthy). l. a. probable were given the better effective end of this cope with some probably solid gamers yet MN did all proper in choosing up an expiring at a position of decide on.

the heat need JWill to handle the ball so Wade can move and create without the ball, which would also in turn create good spacing for 3ball opportunities, this keeps defenses more honest on the switch than if he brings it up...it also leaves one on one matchups down low when he does drive so he can either pick and roll or just have the center or big forward roll to the hole (Shaq, Zo, and Posey get a few of these a game )when the double comes to him on one side or the other of the lane...check game film if you can, or watch closely...

well i definitely think they should trade telfair but not for jwill. jwill really isnt that good. all he does is jack up 3s. the thing is, i dont think any team really wants telfair. so i think boston is stuck with him.
