"I laugh at myself all of the time"
or
"I laugh at myself all the time"

Either is fine. The difference between the two is insignificant. all is a preposition in this case and all of is a compound preposition.

I prefer the usage 'I laugh at myself all the time'.

I think either one would be correct. I checked it in MS word.

Neither, you have to sleep sometime. If you are sleeping then you aren't laughing at yourself.

"all of the time" would be the more correct form.
