I don't see anything wrong with your questions. You most likely have someone who decided to pick on you and report you just because some people think it's fun to do that. I had someone do that to me. It carried over to my 360 too. I deleted myself because it.
Try to lay low a few days. That usually works.
In my case someone I knew for rl was doing it on my 360.
