In what country?

In the US, that is not done. It is a huge faux pas, and your resume will be returned to you without consideration. This is because of our anti-discrimination laws. Your resume has to be considered based on your stated experience and skills. Not your appearance.

NO way thats the fastest way to send your resume into the trash.

The ONLY time when you CAN add your photo to a resume is if you are applying for (or auditioning for) an acting or modelling job.

Good golly miss Molly!!
NO...you don't attach your photograph to your resume'.
It's not supposed to matter what you look like when applying for a job, it's all about your qualifications.

Never! Where'd you get that information from? A job is about your skills, not about what you look like. Unless of course, you are a model.

No, it is not a must. It depends on the job. e.g. film industry, graphical works, model agency, ...require a photo.
