i wanna know if there is a place where i can watch hidden cam vuds for free. and dosent ask for creditcard or checks or anything like that.

Not likely b/c this would screw with all other pay sites on the web. What would they gain from this?
Normally when a site like that is free it's b/c there installing a virus in your computer. They either want to steel private information or cause you to later have to buy certain products.

If you happen to find a site like that the best thing to do is to stay away b/c you might regret it later.
