Start by saying hi and then ask him out or something like that

go up to him, say 'hey can i talk to ya for a sec?' make sure his friends and yours go away then he mite say 'k whats up?' and then you say 'will you go out with me?' and then he says yes, no, or whatever he says. good luck. ;]
