I'm 13 and have no clue what to do for my party. I cant have a sleep over because I cant invite that much people. What should I do?

It depends what the party is for. I suspect it is for your birthday.
Have a table with treats like chips, dip, and sweet things on it. Let everybody help themselves.
Put up streamers (crepe paper rows) so they meet in the middle of the room you are having your party.
If is isn't too childish at your age have a theme ie like video game characters, sport characters, older style cartoon characters. Put up some of their posters on the walls and match the color of the posters with the streamers.
If you are having a cake put the characters on it also.
You may also have small sandwiches or pizza. Make small sandwiches by cutting sandwiches in 4 parts instead of 2.
Have paper plates that are the same colors of your streamers and your characters.
Matching things are really cool.

Have an 80's themed party where everyone has to dress like Madonna or Michael Jackson...People can make cheap and easy costumes with this idea, and 80's music can set the theme.
Or you can have an Academy awards theme where everyone has to dress up like they are going to the Oscars...you can buy decorations for this at any party store.

invite your circle of friends to a good meal more like golden corral than pizza.place..get together and watch the movies that interest you or play video or sport games you all like to play..sit around listen to tunes and have fun enjoy each others sense of humor just chill with your friends

besides, get some games, good food, beverages, comfyness

Just have music,,maybe movies,,food like pizza,,munchies,,cake & ice cream.Maybe ask your friends for suggestions.
