what is "call cap"?

We have just agreed on a phone plan in Oz and now I am unsure what call cap means in the contract

It says Call Cap 2 Dollars... so i guess it could be something like: A call cannot cos more than 2 Dollars???

A "cap" means "upper limit" so what you have is some kind of phone service with limit on calls, perhaps a limit on how long a free distance call can be or something like that
