Just compliment her and let her know you are interested. It's more or less the same as with a guy except a different set of compliments.

Smile, look into her eyes a lot... laugh when she makes a jooke (but naurally, not like a maniac) lightly touch her shoulder when you want her attention... flirt with her just like you would with a guy you find attractive. It's easy and the more you do it, the easier it becomes.

Just like when a person really like some one you will know how to react to them the same you would a man. I mean you treat a woman with respect and sensitivity. You show her interest and be polite and kind to her. A woman is gentle and a loving human being. Treat her the way you would your mother with respect!

easy! appeal to emotion, and interest. find out what she likes, ie poetry, hiking, anything like that, and ask her questions about it. "well, i just started reading this thing/ researching this thing...etc." and that'll start a convo. from there, just go with it; smile flirtatiously, etc.
