I believe foul play is at work here,stern is involved and maybe the marshall family is using stern to get at anna.Money will make people do strange things.

I think it's one of her stepkids from her old, old, OLD dead husband, the oil tycoon (remember him, he looked like the crypt keeper dude)!!! All that money she got and they want it back!!! So they'd do anything to get it!! Well now they have the little baby to worry about!!
OR
Maybe she just did so many drugs/alcohol throughout her short life tha she messed up her heart! Not to mention the pain & stress she's endured with the death of her son and all the lawsuits.
Whatever it is I hope she rests in peace, at least she's with her son again. (and her husband, ewwwww).
