Ensign Parker was wearing it when he joined the away party to check out some odd life-form readings we'd seen from the surface of a planet supposed to be uninhabited, but I'm afraid he was lured away from the rest of the group by a beautiful woman with green skin (they say no human male can resist them), and by the time the rest of the party caught up with him, all we could say was "He's dead, Jim."
