I know there are incubus;s and succubus's, but I and my husband have experience a demon that scratches, is there a name for this demon or is it just a demon that lieks to scratch, and is there other demons other then the succubus and incubus???

Yes, there are tons of different type of demons.
Below I have given you a few site to search. If there is a demonologist in your area that you can call I would to find out what it is, on the second thought it could be something other then a demon. Perhaps a playful ghost or maybe even a poltergeist.

Knowing the name of the Demon is the least of your problems,you need help. Start by recording in detail every thing and include photos. Do nothing that would destroy your credibility, drinking, smoking weed,and be careful of some medications. Talk to a Priest, or try to get in contact with ED Warren (may not be spell correctly but you get the idea) or his wife. Try to spend as much time away from the house as possible stay with a friend when you can. until someone helps you.Demons are very real and you are not nuts, oh and you better start praying.
Some people will do the self-help exorcism thing. But this in most cases just seem to piss the Demons off, and the poo can really hit the fan. It is as though the Demon knows you are weak and bluffing that you have "Faith" (and trust me you are).
You cant do it alone, it knows this that is why you are it's victim.

Just scratches, your not waking up paralysed, to find yourself being raped?
I have heard about a number of stories, where people have recieve physical marks while sleeping, even when alone. A cases from all over the world, where they are raped by two people who fit the same discription, even when the people have never meet.
As for naming it, you would need to see it, so the discription can be used to match other demons from grimoires.
If its like the ones I've heard of, they were never resolved, and never answered.
Their is a scientific explaination, and a spiritual explaination. Where scientific holds strong, spiritual is weak. The thing that has science baffled in those other cases, is how they got the marks, even when monitored alone, to see if fitting, or struggle in sleep was causing them.

Just to mention to the answer above mine, I doubt it could be any demon as serious as Legion. but a scratching demon....my best bet is to try and find something on the hsitory of demons so you won't need to ask these questions again. it may sound silly, but wikipedia is an astounding source of information. slightly inaccurate at times, but it does the trick. your demon may very well just be a spring poking out of a matress. i wouldn't know for sure. but do not jump to conclusions. i suggest inviting a priest over to see if he can find something. that is deffinatly second step. first, take a little study time. resources are everywhere if you just open your eyes.

First of all, incubi and succubi aren't demons, they're vampires. And I don't think there's a certain type of demon that simply scratches. I don't think it's a demon at all, since they generally could give a sh:t less about humans. It's probably an upset spirit. Your best bet is to perform a seance. If you are able to contact someone it is probably them. And once you do that you can banish them. Or just cleanse your house and put protection on it.

I think I remember hearing about scratch marks happening to people who lived in houses populated by unhappy spirits and ghost. I do not belive that they are demons. You best bet is to figure out whether it is a ghost or a rat which also scratches at night!). then to try and find a good person to cleanse your house spiritually.

While I don't know of a name to what you and your Husband have endured, please envision a Protective Circle of White Light around your home. Ask for Spirit to protect the both of you, everywhere you go and in everything that you do.

There are many thousands of different demons, adn just as many KINDS of demons. "Demon" is a generic term like "human".- do an internet search on the subject!

I don't know a name for it, but according to the Bible, a third of the angels(now demons, I think) were cast to Earth along with Satan when he was cast out of Heaven.
