I actually think that Carrot Top is funny. I saw him on the Regis and Kelly show a while back and I have to admit he is pretty funny (very ugly though...HE WAXES HIS EYE BROWS!)However ugly Carrot Top is, he wasn't responsible for the deaths of thousands of people. So, I would say Hitler would get it.
