Dont' lead this person on! Make it clear that you are just friends, it will avoid trouble on down the road.

Tell them that you have a crush on someone else before things get bad. But whatever you do don't go out with your friend because if you two break-up you most likely won't be "just friends" either! Tell them that!

OH it,s good for your ego so enjoy it.and you know it. Enjoy the trip for there is probably a sitution coming your way.i hope i,m wrong but it,s hard to avoid this human touch thing.Go gentely and slowing get them off the hook You aren,t the only catch in the sea pass the pole to someone else.

Show him that you are not interested without hurting his feelins or you own.The way I do it is tlk to your friends about another guy when he is around,but make sure he knows your not trying to make him jealous or something because sometimes guys get the wrong message

i have the exact same problem!!!! i told her: (as nice as i could )
" listen, i really like you. But maybe we should move a little slower. I don't think i'm ready to date my best friend."
and she has respected my wishes. if this person truly is your friend, she'll understand how you feel.

you just have to tell him or her you just want to be friends.You don't want to lead them on.the longer you do the more they will be hurt.
