You need a chin-up bar, and and a rope, a wall or another bar higher and about a foot away from the original chin-up bar. With your feet up on the higher bar or wall, while holding the bar( you're upside down), pull ureself up. The weight of the body is on your shoulders and u specifically use post.delts. I find this exercise better than lifting dumbells, as your back is supporting the pressure of your body, not your legs.

Shoulders are difficult to build. Various shoulder raises and presses are required. Start with dumbells, palms down in front of the legs and raise frontways to shoulder level, keeping the arms straight. Do 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps. Next, do the same things, but raise the arms from beside your legs outwards. Next, begin with dumbells or barbell at shoulder height(arms bent) and press up, lifting weight above the head and extending arms. You can change the position of your hands to work different parts of the shoulder. In total, you should do about 9 sets per muscle group when working out. Alternatively, if you dont have weights, you can do inclined push-ups or even do a hand-stand against a wall and try doing push-ups from there. This is quite difficult, which is why you might want to start with inclined push-ups first and work your way to the handstand.

sit on a medicine with two dumbells, one in each hand. Start with the dumbells underneath your legs. Then spread your arms out to a 45 degree angle. Hold that positions for 5 seconds and repeat.
