of lactic acid? I have low stamina so does that contribute to fatigue in my legs. And finally how much should I run a day to build endurance?

I think you should run sprints, instead of distance. Helps condition faster for endurance running.

i run long distance want to make you legs feel really light lots stretching the more the merrier

same thing happens for me kinda feels like my arteries in my legs get blocked or something
