say that there is a registered F-5 tornado on the ground or about to touch down just when a registered category 5 hurricane is making landfall, can these two storms combine to form one super storm?

No. The tornado would be from a thunderstorm that was already part of the hurricane. Tornadoes are small, tens of metres in diameter. Hurricanes are large, hundreds of kilometres in diameter.

No, because tornados only come in center america. And tsunamis come from the ocean. If you live in a place with a sea the only thing that is going to happen is a tsunami or a hurricane. Therefore yhe answer is no.I hope I helped! Good luck to you finding more information!

the tornado is so much smaller than a hurricane till it'd hardly be noticed

Tornado is one of the very small branches of a big tree called hurricane.So if you remove or add that small branch ,it makes no differance.

Its not possible. Its not F no more, its EF 5. The more advanced computer models have changed the classification to EF.
