I do! First of all, her son died and her baby was born just 5 months ago.
But on the other hand, she got thrown out of her house, her son died (which could support both sides of the story), and she was pressured to take that paternity test to find out who Dannielyn Hope (her baby)'s dad was.
Please comment on this but no rude answers!

I also think that's a possibility. Maybe she was on drugs, too, since she claimed to have collapsed in her hotel room.

I was really suprised when I heard it. Yes I think it's phony. Anythings possible. Someone could have murdered her for the money. She might have had a drug overdose. She could have commit suicide for some insane reason. Anything's possible. I was really suprised. I thought it was some kind of hoax on the web until I actually read the story

I dont think it's a phony, but I do think the whole thing smells a little fishy. I think it is SOOOO sad. I wouldn't be surprised if Larry Birkhead or Howard K. Stern has something to do with it. But Larry Birkhead moreso. Some men get a little crazy when they're in his situation. I'm sure he'd do ANYTHING to get his hands on that baby. Probably wants to use her in some child porn scam or something....he gives me the creeps.

This exact thought went through my head when I heard the news. I mean, she is being sued by the guy claiming to be the father, she is still in litigation over her ex-hubby's fortune, and she is also being sued by TrimSpa this week. Could she fake her death, and go somewhere remote where all this crap in her life will disappear?!?! It's a good theory, but I guess she really is dead- I just don't know if I believe it 100%!!

Nope, I think she really is dead. Their were witnesses that seen her being hauled out of the hotel. But I am sure there will be some Elvis like conspiracy theory.

The thought entered my mind that perhaps it wasn't true that she had passed on....maybe it's a coverup because of the paternity situation with the baby.....
If it is indeed true, it's truly tragic.

My guess is her toxic report will come back with drugs in her system. I am guessing prescribed drugs. Like sleeping pills, anxiety pills etc...

I don't think her death was phony. They couldn't figure out right away what killed her; it was probably a brain aneurism.

i really think that skunk Howard k stern had something to do with the sons death.now her death also..the news said he was there when she fell out.......something is real fishey with that loser stern....

WELL, HER SON OVERDOSED ON THE THREE PILLS THAT HE GOT FROM ANNA HIS OWN MOTHER, SO I THINK SHE GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE DESERVES, SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GODS GIFT, AND I GUESS GOD SHOWED HER WHO WAS BOSS, THOUGH I REALLY DO FEEL SORRY FOR THE BABY GIRL.
SHE MARRIED A 84 YEAR OLD BILLIONAIRE FOR HIS MONEY FOR GOD SAKES. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING.
