Before my best freind got married, we would hang out all of the time. Go out to eat, clubs, watch moies. During the time I've had feelings for him. I would think about him all the time. There was a rumour being spread about us the we was a couple, but we wasnt. Things that would have me think he gay, he would tell me that he wish I was girl cause we hung out all the time. There been sometimes he would know I get jealous when he with someone else, he would get jealous to. We would also have eye contact and he would com to my job everyday. He also would tell me he miss me when I'm gone out of town, when I wanted to end our friendship because of something that took place, he would almost cry, and tell me how it could work out. Sometimes I wanted to end the friendship because of the way I felt about him, even cried sometimes. Now hes married(i was best man)and has a baby. Now I'm alone, I been avoding him because of my feelings for him.

It doesn't really matter, as you said. The guy is married. Even if he did reciprocate your feelings in the same way, you'd be the "other woman" and that is NOT a role you want to play.

I am sorry for your pain. With slight variations of the scenario, I think most of us have been where you are at the moment.

in case you're straight away as you declare, then you definately do not have "cuddled", "sat on one yet another's lap", and participated in maximum of those different forms of obtrusive flirtation. you're giving your gay chum mixed alerts. in case you do unlike him that way you ought to tell him (properly yet firmly), after which proceed a platonic friendship with him. although, it does look that there may well be a deeper connection between you and your chum. consistent with possibility your straight away for the main section, yet your chum is an exception and he brings out the bi-interest in you? if so, it relatively is advantageous. issues like this ensue. One minute you're putting out with a chum, you're having relaxing, you care approximately one yet another, after which romance happens out of nowhere. yet another element, do no longer hear to Dre. it relatively is men like him that makes this international so F'ed up and homophobic. no person ought to be that frightened approximately their self image, or enable others dictate how they must be. in case you do no longer sense tender having a dating mutually with your chum it relatively is cool. do purely no longer do what Dre pronounced and take his thought of thrashing up your gay chum to get you oftentimes used. Dre, you're a "clown shoe"!!!

It does matter. Your best friend is still your friend. Don't avoid him, and ask him straight out. He'll respect you more for asking the question then for avoiding him.
