I need it for Windows, and I need to be able to be logged in to all of my accounts at once. Trillian won't work for me.

Personally, I like Trillian, but if you want to use Jabber, I've heared that Gaim is the next best. (Link below)

If you download the new Aim Triton 6.0(or whatever).
When your sign on the first time it ask you if you want to link everything together.
