Very weird 'cause she's too young to die like that and she just had a baby. And her son's death was also weird ... then, probably, after years embroiled in a feud with her husband's son over the rights to the millions ... maybe ... his family was pissed off and decided to end this situation. Then, unfortunately, money could be the reason for her death!

Maybe her husband was trying to poison her, you know, with cultured bacteria like in the Farrah Fawcett, Sam Elliott (true story)movie, "Murder in Texas." Maybe that didn't work fast enough so he administered some (more) dope?
Then again, there was some talk about self- induced Methadone. This is gonna be a tough one to crack given the fact that Ms. Smith was seldom, if ever, sober...
If she was murdered by Stern with drugs, how would the authorities prove it? She was stoned all the time....
I hope that little baby goes to a safe home because she would be next in line if he did it...

I feel bad, Its sad when someones life is a mess, and hers was! All the rumors about her, her sons death, the whole court thing! I think Anna might have died by her own accord, she was a bit of a mess after her son died, and she really didn't have anyone watching her, so it would have been easy to take one to many pills, or an illegal substance!

I am shocked and saddened by her death. I wonder if her son and her were murdered. Both deaths so close, and unexplained. Makes me wonder about her older husbands son. He has the means to do anything. Will they even look at him? She just did a interview on CBS it aired 2 nights ago, and she seemed determined to work though things going on. I am not sure why, but it really stabbed at my heart when we heard. Maybe because she came from nothing, and was in the spot light so, and because she has gone though so much in that spot light. I hope she is finally at rest.

Drug overdose from depression which Howard K. Stern was not caring about cause his whole goal was to get her bucks anyways.

think Howard stern killed the boy "Daniel" to get him out of the way and then married her and then killed her to get her millions. Seems kind of weird.. Whats the chances of them both dying like that all of a sudden.

I think she was on so many meds, that her heart just stopped. If you saw any interviews recently, it seemed she only had a few working brain cells left!

cause here son died months before and she just had a baby and was gettin sued so i bet she commited suiside and collapsed in the hotel so it would be mystires
