Naruto has a unique way of speaking, ending most of his sentences with "-ttebayo". In Japanese it has no literal meaning. The subber of the anime and video games though put the phrase "believe it!" to fit the mouth movements of the "-ttebayo".

its just like......"kuchiguse" like.....a mouth habbit. Its the way he talks. Its like when anime guys say "oi" or "un" after every sentence. It means like.....confermation of his sentences. like...."yeah" I guess..
