Focus your mind and try to build a visual image that represents a thought or idea. Then you will succeed in memorizing it. Hope this helps.

I know a person, who had training by a certain institution in Photographic Memory. It works for him. I do not know personally or by word of mouth of other places to access such training.

You may want to search online. I used 'training photo memory' So, I did a search and came up with this: SCHOOL OF PHENOMENAL MEMORY. It's not a gift, it's a skill.

When I look at something, I remember the placement of it (its shape), I recall on what surface it was (floor, table...), I note whether or not it is in the correct place, and I just say in my brain, "It's here."... I have no idea how it happens or how I do it.
