While I can't find anything specific, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rowan_Atkinson) he is most likely Anglican, I.e., Church of England. However, he was apparently married in a very swank restaurant in New York.

Wow, he has a degree in electrical engineering from Oxford. Extremely intelligent. Thanks for prompting me to look that up.
