because, they're is no enforcement that makes people pick up their litter. yeah, they're is fines, but nobody makes sure that its done. and, americans are lazy. i know some people who would just throw a piece of trash on the ground when a trash can i a few steps away. it's good that you care though. way to go!

they are lazy. i keep all my garbage in my car until i find a car wash. and i learned that some people throw their stuff right out the window. what are they figuring? i found out when i asked a few guilty parties as they hucked their crap out the window. they are figuring that, yes, it is an eyesore, not nice, and bad for the environment, but having a clean car equals a clean mind. so basically their sanity is more important than anything. i think its gross! my car fills up with trash. maybe it is gross at times. but i just cant bring myself to throw my stuff out the window. its wrong. not to mention in some places in the world you can get fined. so if anyone is doing it, one day you could get a big fine. and i hope you do! :p

"They" must be Americans. Its because a really large amount of Americans are becoming to lazy to throw away trash so they just torture the Earth by throwing it on the ground.
