Ok it sounds like you seriously need a Mary Kay facial highlighter pen. The reference to mk in another listing shows a induldge soothing eye gel which will help with the bags. It contains botanical extracts reported to help reduce the appearance of puffiness and improve skin's elasticity and firmness in the eye area. Can be used as a mask or a leave-on product. But you will need a facial highlighter pen for the dark circles it has a special light-reflecting pigment that optically “lifts” the shadowy areas of your face. Instantly your skin looks brighter, your tone more even and your face more radiant. This easy-to-use, super-sheer formula can be reapplied throughout the day to keep you looking refreshed and natural.
Definitely check out my site asap, i provide a 100% guarentee on everything so you can try it buy it and if your not happy with it then return it...but i PROMISE you its the best thing out there and i sell a TON of these women are raving about them. You won't be disappointed, and you've got nothing to loose by just ordering one and giving it a try.

DO NOT PUT PREPARATION H AROUND YOUR EYES PLEASE!!!!!!!
I am in the vision field and that could permanently damage your eyes not to mention the skin around your eyes.
Dark circles are caused by many things, it can even be hereditary. The best thing to do is find a good cover up that works with your skin tone and sensitivity.
I would recommend going to somewhere like Sephora which carries many different types of cover up by many different manufactures and the staff is educated on the products and not working for any particular one.
Getting more sleep might be good but not necessarily the answer, this is an age old question that we all have and the best answer that I have ever heard is to eat right (lots of green vegetables) drink lots of water, don't smoke, don't put anything under your eyes (creams) at night it zaps the moisture out of your eyes, and don't rub your eyes!!
Good luck.

I've heard that if you put spoons in the freezer, then put them under your eyes it reduces the puffiness/bags. I don't know that it's true, but I think it would be extremely cold. I have dark circles *but it's not really dark I don't know how yours is*, I just use foundation to cover it up. Although I can still see it, it's not near as noticeable if you just dab foundation on.

Some people, like me, are just naturally that way. It sucks. I just keep my face clean (make sure to get the mascara off of that area), don't get too much sleep (it makes you sleepier) and stay happy. Laughing a lot keeps you healthier and less prone to stress, which also contributes to dark circles/bags.

You can either go to the spa and get that treated, or get warm green tea bags, and put them under your eyes while you sleep or relax. It works!!

Put preparation h on them at night when you go to sleep. It really does work. I read that in a celebrity magazine and tried it one time.
