Totalitarianism, although it gets confused with Communism. Communists believe that everyone in the country gets to share equally, whereas Totalitarianism has one person ruling the Country, and everyone obeys or else. Cuba, North Korea, etc, are Totalitarian governments, Russia used to be Communist, as they had a Centralized Government. China is a confused Government, loving all the perks of Capitalism, while trying to desparately cling on to Communism. Hope this helps.
