Like in front of children, I have asked people about htis before and have never gotten a really good answer. Were they not taught proper morals, or do they just want to show what they think it territorial theirs???

This is a form of aggression. Seems to me that men that do that are aggressive and want everyone to know you are his even the kids.
I am up in the air on this topic but it seems to me these relationships don't last well because sooner or later it gets tiring for the women. Also it can escalate and become negative.
So yeah it is aggression.

just to see ur reaction, or because ther attracted to u, or just to test u out, and to tap that booty! And thos kids not gonna learn no younger about the birds and the bee's. maybe they can learn something as well and a man that dose that dosent respect u either!
