It suggests:
-restarting (tried that several times)
-disconnecting and reconnecting power cable (also tried)
-disconnecting USB cable (tried too!)
I've tried all the suggestions, but nothing is working! (I have a Dell Photo AIO printer, if that helps)
please, anyone! I have a huge English project that I need to print due tomorrow.

Go to the cotrol panel and make sure the printer is showing installed. If not install it by clicking "add printer". If you dont have a cd then go to the Dell website and you can download the driver for it. Which even if it is installed you may want update the driver.
One last thing make sure when you click "print" on you document when the "print page" comes up on you computer make sure the printer you want to print to (your dell photo printer) is the one it is printing too.

try uninstalling the printer, rebooting and then reinstall the printer, remember not to connect the printers usb lead until instructed to do so, my daughter connected hers first before installing the drivers and messed the whole thing up
