I came up with this, but i need more too.

PSP:
Pros: Is portable, is cheaper, most of my friends have one.
Cons: Not very good graphics, not as many good games, good games are games I am not allowed to get (like Gran Theft Auto)

Xbox 360:
Pros: Great graphics, amazing games, halo 3, once connected to the internet it is amazing.
Cons: More expensive, not portable, a pain to connect to the internet.

Pro PSP: You already got all of my Pro arguments.

Con PSP: Games have long loading times for a portable gaming system.
Since you aren't allowed to get the good games on the PSP you already ruled this console out for you. A console lives and dies with games. If you can't play games you like, you won't like the console.

Pro Xbox 360: Does everything the PSP does (play games, listen to music, watch movies, etc.) but with better graphics and sound.
Regarding your pain about getting Xbox connected: I had never seen a console, that is so easy to setup to connect to the internet. A monkey could connect the Xbox, if you plug in the neccessary cables and tell the monkey to press A all the time.

Con Xbox 360: Nothing to add, except its really easy to connect the Xbox.
