why was anna nicole being sued by the weight loss company trim spa?

The parents of a 17 yr old was suing her because the trimspa didn't help her lose weight. The daughter and the parents were mad cause it didn't have any effect. But it says right on the bottle "not for use under 18" so I don't think they would of won anyways cause the girl wasn't supposed to be using them anyways. Just cause they're diet pills, does't mean they will work for everyone.
