After soaking it and/or boiling it, use a wet magic eraser. It works, trust me. Try it and let me know. Good luck.

try a baking soda paste - let it sit for a while then gently scrub with a toothbrush.

Also, I'm a firm believer in Dawn Power Disolver - removes anything thats baked on!!

maybe try filling it with water, add some baking soda & let it simmer on the stove for a few hours then scrub it with a plastic scrubbie

try liquid cascade dishwashing detergent and scrubbing it. it works well on the broiler pan in the oven. looks like new after cleaning it.

put some ammonia and water in it and let it sit for an hour or so. it should come right off.

use a nylon net scrubby if needed.

soak it in hot water and a dryer sheet.... sounds crazy, but works
